Our most technical swim paddle, designed to position the hand, wrist and forearm in the ideal position to generate maximum power.

The Power Paddles allow the athlete to set a high elbow catch while engaging the larger, more powerful lats and pectoral muscles to deliver more power (watts) per stroke, resulting in more efficient swimming. Note: Power Paddles are included with the purchase of a new Vasa Trainer Pro, Vasa Trainer Pro SE or Vasa Ergometer.  Replaced the prior generation Deluxe Plastic Paddle (DLX PPAD).
