DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday, any order placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following week. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipping of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, where you will have the option to select your desired shipping method (i.e Ground, Air, etc.). Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery method selected. For estimated ground delivery times, please consult the map in Customer Service FAQ’s. For all other methods please contact us for an estimated delivery time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation via email, that includes the tracking number(s) and an estimated delivery time. Please allow 24-hours for your tracking number(s) to be activated.
Damages
Vasa, Inc. takes great care to protect your purchase during shipping. In the unlikely event you receive your order damaged, please contact the Vasa Customer Support Team immediately. Please have your Vasa Order# available and document the damage with photos.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to many international locations. To get a quote:
- Add the items to the shopping cart;
- Select “Calculate Shipping”
- Enter your country, select the region, and enter your postal code
- Review the shipping options (Economy vs. Priority) for your rates

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vasa, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
