RETURNS
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, please contact our Customer Support Team to receive an RMA#. NOTE: Please reuse the original packaging when possible. We recommend you insure your shipment as you are responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your purchased item(s) we will issue a refund to your credit card for the purchase price, (less shipping charges, and a “restocking fee” equivalent to up to 15% of the merchandise price paid, and/or any damage charges.) Once the credit is applied we will send you a confirmation of the transaction via email. NOTE: Credits are typically issued within a week, but can take up to 4-weeks during busy seasons.
