Q: How long will I have to wait to be able to place my order once I sign up for the waitlist?

A: The typical wait time right now to place an order is 4-6 weeks. Keep an eye on your inbox for regular updates on when you will be able to order.

Q: How will I know when it’s time for me to order?

A: We will continue to send regular emails to everyone on the waitlist with the status of your selected product availability. When the product you want is available for you to order, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to place your order. Q: Can I pre-order or pay now?

A: No, thank you. When the Vasa product you want is available for you to order, we will email you with instructions on how to submit your order.

Q: How quickly are orders shipping once submitted? How long is the transit time?

A: We are shipping orders within 5-7 business days of receipt. Transit time information varies; please see our website for more information. There are some disruptions in the carrier network, so delivery times are only estimates.

Q: What products are currently being manufactured?

A: We are currently making SwimErgs, SpaceSaver SwimErgs, SpaceSaver SUP Ergs, Vasa Trainer Pro, and we are processing waitlist orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If you signed up on our waitlist, you will receive an email when it is your turn to order.  We currently have available large quantities of Vasa’s  Sport Bench and Swim Cord sets (new item) which can be ordered and shipped within 5 business days.

Q: Can I come to Vasa HQ to pick up an order when they are available again?

A: Vasa headquarters in Essex Junction, Vermont, will remain closed to outside visitors for the foreseeable future. At this time, all orders need to ship and cannot be picked up at the office.  Kindly refrain from calling for more information regarding the waitlist.  Our regular e-mail updates will convey the best information we have.

Q: Is there a waitlist for spare parts or accessories?

A: We do have many parts and accessories available, which are listed on the website. Due to supply chain limitations, some of our parts and accessories are on back-order.  Note that supplies are limited.

Q: I’m on the waitlist for Vasa indoor training equipment. Can you add accessories to my waitlist request?

A: When you’re able to place your order online, you can add additional accessories to your order from our shop. If you don’t see the accessories you’re looking for online, you can send an email to [email protected]. Our team will be able to confirm the best-known ship date when you order. A: Vasa sells and ships directly to customers throughout the US and in most countries. In addition, you may find products available at some of our Dealers.
